WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We ask for your full name, address, preferred contact telephone number, email, date of birth and ALL medical information.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
We ask for your personal contact details so we can contact you regarding a treatment/appointment you have made.
We ask for all medical conditions so that we are able to assess that the treatments are able to go ahead safely and correctly.
We ask for all these details for insurance purposes.
HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT FOR
We store your information for 7 years after the date of your first treatment with us, this is for insurance purposes.
Our basis for processing this personal information is "contract". This means that we have legal reasons to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your details with us, but if you choose not to, we may refuse treatment.
We also make additional notes regarding the treatment, colour choices or any notes that may help us with regards to future bookings.
WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT
We currently store all your personal information in a locked filing cupboard within the salon premises.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do NOT share any personal information with any third party or anyone OUTSIDE of Beauty by V. Personal information is only used within the premises of Beauty by V for treatment purposes only.
MARKETING
We may, from time to time, wish to let you know important salon news/information in which case we will only contact you via your preferred method. This will be asked for during consultation and you will need to use the tick boxes provided on the consultation forms to give us consent.

ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. If you would like to view or receive a copy of your personal information, then please contact us via email at beautybyv@live.co.uk and it can be arranged.
We want to make sure that all your information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to remove information if you think it is inaccurate.
